I was with broken glasses, and without an eye doctor due to mine not accepting my insurance anymore. I was calling around and primera eye care was the only one willing to take me same day. The staff was friendly, energetic and conversational. I will recommend them to my family and friends simply for the friendly service I received. I was debating whether or not I should post this but I feel obligated to commend fantastic people who go above and beyond. I apologize if this sets a precedent of unrealistic expectations from other patients but I feel I need to say this. I started out with a very important issue that I thought was going to lead to me leaving this practice but to my great surprise Dr. Bever took the time out of her day to call me almost immediately to resolve the issue on her day off while she is spending time with her family. This is incredible professionalism and genuinely made my day she didnt interrupt me, she was so polite and resolved the issue immediately without me even having to ask I could not be happier. This kind of customer service/patient care is very rare and I wanted to publicly thank you for going to those lengths to solve my issue you did not have too but it was greatly apprecieted and I thank you Dr. Bever.
