Dr. Kristin Bever
Dr. Kristin Bever was born and raised in Seminole county. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and her Doctorate of Optometry at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She completed multiple externships in different modes of practice where she gained proficiency in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease, binocular vision disorders, complex contact lens fittings and co-management of pre- and post-operative surgical procedures. She has provided care in this area for the past 10 years and decided to open Primera Eye Care. She enjoys seeing families and performs exams on children 5 years and older. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs.
Dr. Shirin Mawji-Ali
Dr. Shirin Mawji-Ali is a highly experienced Optometrist who has trained at some of the most distinguished institutions in both the US and the UK. She received her Doctorate of Optometry (OD) from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA and is a graduate of Optometry from Aston University, UK. She completed her clinical externships at University of Miami’s Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, Global Vision Rehabilitation Center and MGH’s North End Waterfront Health. These experiences enabled her with skills and adeptness in areas of diagnosis and management of ocular disease, binocular vision disorders, contact lens fittings, specializing in myopia control and co-management of pre- and post-operative surgical procedures. Dr Mawji-Ali enjoys her time at Primera Eyecare where she continues to focus on bespoke patient eyecare. She also likes to spend her free time with her husband and two children.
Dr. Victoria Rogers
Dr. Victoria Rogers graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences.. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Vision Science and Doctorate of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University. During her studies at Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Rogers was an active member of various clubs including the Florida Optometric Student Association as well as Women with Vision. She is currently a member of the Florida Optometric Association, Optometry Divas and the American Optometric Association.
Outside of optometry, Dr. Rogers enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as her dog, Bino. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Orlando and loves checking out new restaurants in town.
